The Ramble Hotel
Industrial-chic boutique with a French salon soul. Think dark moody walls, bespoke furnishings, cocktail culture at its center, and an arts-district energy that spills in from the street.
Hotel guests get priority reservations at Death & Co — use it. The bar fills up fast, especially on weekends.
Why It Matters
Home to Death & Co Denver — the first outpost of the celebrated NYC cocktail bar outside of its East Village home, which has won America's Best Cocktail Bar and World's Best Cocktail Menu at the Tales of the Cocktail convention. The hotel also runs Vauxhall, an intimate music venue and bar, a seasonal rooftop garden, and an Artist in Residence program that puts original art in every guest room.
The Ramble Hotel is a 50-room, locally owned boutique hotel that was the first to plant a flag in Denver's RiNo (River North Art District). Its cast-iron and red-brick industrial exterior — designed by award-winning architects Johnson Nathan Strohe — gives way to interiors drawn from Madame Rambouillet's 17th-century French salons: moody walls, wide-plank hickory floors, antique Persian rugs, eclectic curated art, and glitzy chandeliers. The real anchor is Death & Co, the legendary NYC East Village cocktail institution, occupying the grand lobby as its first-ever location outside New York. Every space here is deliberately designed to spark conversation — the hotel's founding philosophy is equal parts Parisian salon and RiNo grit.

How you'll actually spend your days.
The hotel partners with local and visiting artists who exhibit work in the lobby and create bespoke pieces for guest rooms. Past resident McKenzie Parrott of @parrottpaints designed custom bandanas that guests find in their rooms. The program reflects the hotel's deep commitment to RiNo's art community.
The Ramble runs a rotating events calendar covering cocktail pop-ups, live music at Vauxhall, seasonal Garden openings, and artist collaborations. Guests are encouraged to check ahead and book specific experiences during their stay.
The hotel sits in the middle of Denver's most creative neighborhood, with street murals, art galleries, breweries, cideries, wineries, and working studios all within walking distance. The Denver Central Market — a gourmet food hall — is nearby, as is Coors Field (home of the Colorado Rockies).
An intimate on-site music venue, theatre, and bar hosting live performances, events, and programming. Part of what makes The Ramble a genuine neighborhood cultural hub rather than just a place to sleep. Check the hotel's programming calendar for upcoming events.
