The Reserve at Park MGM
Moody, residential European sophistication. Dark wood, velvet, curated art. Feels like a well-appointed Parisian flat that happens to sit above a casino. The library restaurant and Moroccan pool add to the layered, bookish-glamour identity.
Request a Uber/Lyft pickup at The Reserve entrance specifically, not the main Park MGM rideshare zone — saves time and hassle.
Why It Matters
One of the very few genuinely boutique hotels on the Strip — small enough to have its own vibe, but backed by full MGM Resort infrastructure. The only hotel-within-a-hotel concept at Park MGM. Smoke-free casino resort is a genuine rarity in Las Vegas. The Suite Royale Premiere at 2,000 square feet with its own billiards table is properly exceptional.
The Reserve occupies the top four floors (29–32) of the Park MGM building — the old Monte Carlo — and operates as its own intimate world within a much larger resort. It's 293 rooms of French-meets-New York design: oak hardwood floors, leather headboards, original artwork, freestanding pedestal tubs in suites. You get your own entrance, your own check-in, and your own rooftop pool. But you can also tap into everything Park MGM has to offer downstairs. Opened in 2018 as NoMad Las Vegas, it rebranded to The Reserve at Park MGM in December 2025 and joined Marriott Bonvoy's Autograph Collection in early 2026. It made the 2020 Condé Nast Traveler Gold List. For Vegas, it's genuinely quiet.

How you'll actually spend your days.
A free tram runs from Park MGM all the way to Bellagio, stopping at properties in between. Useful for getting further up the Strip without dealing with sidewalk crowds or car costs.
The Reserve is dog-friendly (max 2 dogs up to 100 lbs, $150/night non-refundable fee per dog). Dog-sitting services are available when owners need to go out. A 'Doggy Box' welcome package with bones and a bandanna can be arranged. Kennels/crates requested when dogs are left unattended.
A 5,200-seat state-of-the-art performance venue literally steps from the hotel entrance. Major concert acts, residencies, and live shows year-round. Being steps away — not a cab ride — is a genuine perk of staying here.
Located on the second floor of Park MGM, open 24 hours. Well-equipped with treadmills, free weights, exercise balls, and cardio machines. Complimentary for guests. Teenagers may use the fitness center with adult supervision.
T-Mobile Arena (home of the NHL Vegas Golden Knights) is 0.4 miles away — a walkable distance from The Reserve. Hotel's location makes it a natural base for arena events.
A small, intimate casino space unique to The Reserve — housed beneath a historic Tiffany glass ceiling. Games include roulette, baccarat, and table games in a setting that leans more Old World gentleman's club than main casino floor. The broader Park MGM casino (60 tables, 800 slots) is accessible below.
Rooftop pool inspired by Morocco's Majorelle Garden — Moroccan-tiled deck, plush daybeds for one or two, curtained low-seating areas, and poolside dining and cocktail service. Open seasonally from March through Labor Day. Weekend pool parties in spring and summer (tropical house music on Sundays). Exclusive to Reserve guests. Pool hours 9 AM–5 PM. Off-season guests access Park MGM's main pools instead.
