Four-Bedroom Penthouse / Grand Residence
The top of the range. Over 4,050 sq ft of residential luxury — the kind of space that makes sense for extended family trips or high-profile getaways. Ocean views from multiple vantage points, full chef's kitchen, and the full suite of in-residence amenities.
One-Bedroom Residence
The entry-level unit here would be the headline suite at most hotels. Full gourmet kitchen with Bosch and Miele appliances, spacious living and dining room, private furnished lanai, marble bath with deep soaking tub and separate shower, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Garden or ocean view options.
Three-Bedroom Residence
Serious space for families or groups. Three-and-a-half bathrooms (one per bedroom plus a guest half-bath), full kitchen, generous living areas, and a large private lanai. Rooms at this size start to feel like a proper vacation home rather than a hotel room.
Two-Bedroom Residence
Considerably more spread out, with a dedicated master suite, second bedroom, multiple bathrooms, full kitchen, and an expanded living/dining area. Ideal for small families or two couples traveling together. Select units offer sweeping coastal views from the lanai.
