The Restoration Asheville opened in spring 2023 on downtown's Patton Avenue — a five-story, all-suite boutique hotel that draws its design DNA from the European craftsmen who built the Biltmore Estate. Every floor is styled to echo a different Asheville neighborhood, and the vertical stack of venues (basement speakeasy, street-level restaurant, lobby coffee bar, rooftop bar) means you could genuinely spend a full day without leaving the building.
