The Social Hub Barcelona Poblenou is a certified B Corp hybrid hotel that blurs the line between boutique hotel, coworking space, and student residence. Opened November 2022 in Poblenou — Barcelona's 22@ tech and creative district — it runs 291 rooms alongside the largest coworking floor in the TSH portfolio (3,000+ m²). Interior design by Miriam Barrio channels the neighbourhood's industrial history: earthy tones, wood textures, and a gritty elegance that feels local, not imported.

Designed for stays of two weeks or more. Monthly linen changes and room cleaning (vs. daily for hotel stays). Comes with dedicated workspace, high-speed WiFi, and access to all communal facilities. Flexible monthly rates. Kitchenette access available.
Hotel Room – King
Same setup as the Queen rooms but with more floor space and a king-size bed. Good pick for couples who want to actually stretch out. Request upper floors for city views.
KingHotel Room – Standard Queen
Modern rooms with the essentials done properly: climate control, free WiFi, a proper desk, coffee machine, mini-fridge, safe, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with rain shower. Zenology toiletries. Blackout curtains. Some rooms have city views, others face quieter internal areas — worth specifying.
QueenSignature Room
TSH's upgraded tier, recently refreshed based on new press photos released in 2025. Thoughtfully furnished with a design edge above the standard rooms — still compact by Barcelona standards, but polished.
Student Room
Academic-year bookings only. Fully furnished with a double bed, study desk, private bathroom with rain shower, flat-screen TV with streaming, and communal kitchen access. Average 17 m². Included in price: gym access, free bikes, monthly linen change, 24/7 security, and mental health support via OpenUp.

The Playroom
The wildcard. This top-floor soundproofed suite doubles as a private party space. Designed by Barcelona illustrator Miranda Makaroff in full-saturated colour — retro furnishings, wall carpets, sunken sofas, and a raised bed. Comes with its own private bar. Totally unlike the rest of the hotel and clearly designed to be remembered.
