Five of these exist on the northeastern side of the resort. Same interior design as the overwater Deluxe and Superior villas but set on the beach with a large outdoor terrace, gazebo, private pool, outdoor shower, and direct lagoon access across a private white sand beach. No glass floor panels, but the outdoor space is notably larger than overwater decks. Among the most sought-after non-overwater options on property.

Set amid lush tropical gardens on the main island side of the resort. Private pool, terrace, gazebo. Reef access nearby. These are the most affordable entry point to the resort and are popular with families. The Reefside variant positions guests closer to the coral reef — the St. Regis is uniquely the only Bora Bora resort offering reef-side accommodation.

A 13,000 sq ft private compound enclosed on three sides by coral walls, opening onto its own private beach facing the lagoon and Mount Otemanu.
