Triple Creek Ranch
Refined rustic elegance. Log cabins with king beds and private hot tubs, original Western fine art throughout, gourmet cuisine with a daily-changing menu, and a genuinely warm staff who've often been there a decade. It's the kind of place where the chef debuted at the James Beard House and also goes fly fishing in the morning.

Why It Matters
Named the #1 Hotel in the World by Travel + Leisure readers in 2014. Two consecutive Michelin Keys (2024–2025). First Relais & Châteaux western ranch experience in the US. Triple Creek Ranch is a 25-cabin, all-inclusive, adults-only (16+) ranch resort in the Bitterroot Mountains of western Montana, about 75 miles south of Missoula. Open since 1986 and a Relais & Châteaux member since 1996, it earned 2 Michelin Keys in both 2024 and 2025 and a Forbes Four-Star rating.
