Opened in November 2025 on the Sogaura coastline — about 13 minutes by car from Atami Station — the hotel sits where the rock drops straight to the sea. Every suite has its own private onsen and private pool facing open water, with zero land between you and the horizon. Dinner happens at a nine-seat counter restaurant supervised by Naoto Kishimoto of naoto.K (12 Michelin stars cumulative), and breakfast brings Shizuoka produce served in tableware chosen to tell the region's story. Each room has its own private onsen and private pool. Balcony opens to the sea. Furnished with a kitchenette, bidet, minibar, safe, and full bathrobes. Exactly the same ocean-facing orientation as the Penthouse, just one level down and a single-bedroom layout.

Comes with a private outdoor pool and a private open-air onsen — so you can rotate between hot spring and swim without leaving the terrace. This is the flagship room and the one that appears in most of the property's promotional material.
