Villa Neri Resort & Spa is a 5-star boutique resort sitting directly on the slopes of Mount Etna — not just claiming views of it. With just 24 rooms and a design that skips the terracotta-and-archways Sicilian cliché entirely, the lobby lands on sleek ivory tile, coffered ceilings, and black modular furniture. Some rooms get floating beds and Arco lamps; others get hand-painted tiles and custom ceramic sinks. All have marble bathrooms, private balconies or patios, and Etna in the frame.

Classic Room
The entry-level room, but don't confuse small with lacking character. At 27 sqm, the design centers on a grey/ivory headboard that riffs on traditional Sicilian wrought-iron bed frames — modern interpretation, not reproduction. Each Classic Room has a private patio garden with views toward Etna Park. Marble bathroom with shower. Doubles as a twin on request.

Deluxe Room
At 32 sqm with a king bed, this is where the design gets more assertive — refined grey/ivory panelling, dominant white walls, and the signature Sicilian-modern fusion. The bathroom adds a chromotherapy shower for two. Views take in either Mount Etna or the sea.

Family Suite Bi-level
The go-to for families of up to 5. Split across two levels: living area downstairs, sleeping areas above. Two separate zones means adults and kids aren't on top of each other. King bed configuration with sofa bed in the living area.

40 sqm of serious comfort — king bed, marble bathroom with both tub and shower, and the addition guests actually want: a private wine cellar stocked with Neri family and local Etna wines, plus a fireplace for cooler evenings. Lodge Spa
The most private accommodation on the property. Same 42 sqm footprint as the Nature Lodge, but adds an outdoor hot tub in the private garden with heated water. Sauna and Turkish bath also inside. Surrounded by vineyards with unobstructed Etna views. A couple's access to the main Petra Spa wellness area is included in the rate.

Master Suite (Marchesa Suite)
The top of the main villa hierarchy. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room across 85 sqm — then a 60 sqm terrace with a six-person Jacuzzi that looks out over Etna, the Nebrodi mountains, and the sea. One bathroom has a tub, the other a large shower cabin. Hand-made marbles and ceramics throughout.

Nature Lodge
Standalone 42 sqm lodge set in the vineyards with direct Etna views. Queen bed, dining area, private garden, sauna, Turkish bath, and shower. More rustic-feeling than the main villa rooms, but with the same quality of finishes. No hot tub — that's the Lodge Spa upgrade.
