W Las Vegas sits inside the Mandalay Bay complex at the south end of the Strip — a 43-story tower of 1,117 all-suites rebranded from the Delano Las Vegas in December 2024. The smallest room starts at 725 square feet, so there's no such thing as feeling cramped here. It's non-gaming (the casino is Mandalay Bay's next door), which means the lobby is genuinely calm — a rare thing on the Strip. The W brand brings its signature bold-energy aesthetic, but the bones of this building are generous enough that it works.

Modern cardio and weights room inside the W tower. Not huge, but well-equipped with rowing machines and standard cardio equipment. Open daily — Fri-Sun 6am-4pm, Mon-Thu 6am-12pm.
W guests have access to Mandalay Bay's famous 11-acre beach complex — the only real sand beach in Las Vegas. Includes a wave pool, lazy river, three pools, and live music events in summer. A genuine differentiator for this part of the Strip.
Resident show at Mandalay Bay Theatre. Running since 2013. W guests are steps away from the theater.
Private cabanas at the WET Deck pool available for hire. Includes lounge seating and privacy from the general pool area.
