Washington School House Hotel
Mountain-chic meets Parisian antique shop. Reclaimed oak barn-wood floors, 100-year-old European crystal chandeliers, hand-wrought iron beds, and ice-white marble bathrooms throughout. The feel is intimate and residential — more like staying with a very stylish friend than checking into a hotel.

Why It Matters
The only 2-Michelin-Key property in Park City, outranking Montage Deer Valley and Stein Eriksen Lodge. Just 12 rooms, all individually designed, all included with complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, 24-hour beverages, après-ski snacks, and ski valet. The original 1889 hammered limestone façade and bell tower are still intact.
A 12-room luxury boutique hotel carved out of a quarried limestone schoolhouse built in 1889. After surviving Park City's Great Fire of 1898 and a stint as a VFW hall, the building was gutted to the studs and reopened in December 2011 as one of Utah's most celebrated small hotels. Two Michelin Keys — the highest rating of any hotel in Park City — and a fiercely all-inclusive approach to service set it apart from every other option on the mountain.
