A former stone manor on a cliff-top stretch of São Miguel's south coast, rebuilt into a crisp, white boutique hotel of nine suites and two villas. At most 20 guests share this place at any given time — that's the whole point. The Atlantic fills every window, the basalt stone walls of the original wine estate are still intact inside, and the infinity pool hangs right over the ocean.
