Why It Matters
Michelin Guide listed and Virtuoso member; only 12 suites making it genuinely intimate; wellness programme built around local Milos obsidian, volcanic extracts, and organic olive oil; founded by three Greek-Australian women with backgrounds in travel, hospitality, and fashion who bought a waterfront plot in Pollonia and built their dream hotel from scratch.
Twelve suites on the waterfront of Pollonia, opened in 2021 by three Greek-Australian women who fell hard for Milos and decided to stay permanently. Athens-based KKMK Architects built something that feels like a rock smoothed by the sea: curved white plaster walls, polished concrete and marble floors, pebble-shaped basins. Eight of the twelve suites have private plunge pools. The other four access the 28m saltwater pool shared with the rest of the hotel. Small by design — that intimacy is the whole point.

Cabana Sea View Suites
Four suites at ground level surrounding the main 28m saltwater pool, each with its own private plunge pool on the terrace. The sea is literally steps away. Interiors are dressed in natural Greek fabrics in sandy hues — open-plan with a built-in COCO-MAT bed, built-in sofa, and marble and polished plaster bathrooms with rain showers. Sleeps two. Not as elevated as the penthouses, but the pool-adjacent position has its own appeal.

Four ground-floor suites with partial sea views from the terrace — no private plunge pool, but access to the 28m shared saltwater pool just outside. The built-in bed, sofa, desk, and bathroom vanity all flow from wood and polished concrete floors. COCO-MAT mattresses, Olive Era toiletries, marble rain shower. Entry-level category here, and the honest trade-off is no private pool. The views are coastal rather than panoramic. Still a comfortable, well-designed room — just not the showstopper the upper suites are.
29 sqmHoneymoon Penthouse Suites
Four suites on the upper level with the most privileged views in the hotel — looking out over whitewashed Pollonia and the golden cliffs of Kimolos across the straits. A plunge pool with water jets sits on the sun-dappled terrace. Upper-level position means more privacy and better sightlines than the suites below. Can fit a sofa bed for a third guest. These are the ones to book if views and privacy are the priority.

Ask Executive Chef Kostandinos Slampakis to create a bespoke menu for two. The hotel can set up a candlelit dinner beside the pool or turn your terrace into a one-table private restaurant.
The island of Kimolos is visible across the straits from the hotel. The concierge can arrange private sailboat trips and sunset cruises. Public ferries also depart from Pollonia harbour — a 20-minute walk or 20-minute ride.
White Pebble's waterfront pool terrace and 12-suite scale make it ideal for exclusive yoga or pilates retreat buyouts. Wellness therapists can be brought in. Contact the hotel directly for group arrangements.
