Zadún is Mexico's only Ritz-Carlton Reserve, sitting on the sand dunes of Puerto Los Cabos where the Baja desert spills into the Sea of Cortés. All 113 rooms, suites, and villas open almost entirely to the outdoors — folding glass walls, private plunge pools, and terraces are the standard, not the upgrade. Grand Reserve Villa
The resort's crown jewel — a two-story, five-bedroom beachfront villa positioned for panoramic views across pristine sand and turquoise water. Designed for groups and families wanting private residential-style living with the full Zadún service stack. Includes a large living room, private pool terrace with lounge beds, sofa, and chairs, plus a space large enough for the resort's signature in-room camping experience for kids.
Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences (5–6 Bedroom)
Sprawling standalone residences across 20 acres of the Puerto Los Cabos estate. Inspired by Mexican hacienda design but executed in contemporary luxury — 11,400+ sq ft of air-conditioned space, six bathrooms, private pools, fire pits, full gourmet kitchens, and ocean views. Works from local artists throughout. Access to all Zadún hotel amenities including golf, Sensei spa, and dining.
Terrace Suite – Partial Ocean View
The entry point at Zadún, and still genuinely impressive. Full-width sliding glass walls on two sides collapse the boundary between indoors and out. The suite is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a private plunge pool on a furnished terrace, indoor and outdoor showers, an oversized soaking tub, and a separate living area. Handcrafted Mexican textiles and art throughout.

Guided tasting flights at Candil Agave Bar. Guests learn to distinguish mezcal, tequila, sotol, and other agave spirits, including cultivation and distillation history. Available daily.

Nighttime stargazing excursion for youth and adults, guided by Ambassadors of the Environment naturalists in the dark Baja sky above the dunes.

Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ambassadors of the Environment program runs seasonal whale-watching excursions on the Sea of Cortés. Blue whales, manta rays, and leatherback turtles are among possible sightings. Runs December through March.
