Łeba
Old-world Polish coastal grandeur meets intimate wellness retreat. Rooms are individually designed with antiques, midcentury modern pieces, bold floral wallpaper in some, crystal chandeliers in others. The interiors lean into the 1920s–30s Polish interwar period without being stuffy about it.

Why It Matters
One of very few Michelin Key-recognized hotels in Poland. A genuine 1907 castle on a working beach, flanked by Słowiński National Park and its shifting dunes. The outdoor sauna and jacuzzi with direct Baltic Sea views are the headline amenity. No elevator, no walk-in showers — and that's a feature, not a bug.
A 100-year-old castle sitting directly on the Baltic dunes, Zamek Łeba opened its doors on September 23, 1907 as a Kurhaus — a health and wellness retreat. That DNA is still visible everywhere. There's no elevator. Bathrooms come with vintage-looking tubs, not walk-in showers. And the whole place has a deliberately unhurried feel, the kind you stop fighting after about 20 minutes. On one side, dense coastal forest. On the other, the Baltic Sea. The castle earned a Michelin Key in 2025 and is listed by Tablet Hotels — rare recognition for a property in northern Poland.
