Zoku Amsterdam is a 133-unit hybrid aparthotel in the Plantage neighborhood where the kitchen table — not the bed — is the star of the room. The Lofts are smart micro-apartments built around a four-person work/dining table, a full kitchen, and a lofted sleeping nook, designed equally well for a two-night trip or a three-month relocation. Everything social happens on the rooftop: coworking, the Living Kitchen restaurant, the Kindred Spirits bar, two terraces, and a greenhouse that actually grows herbs for the kitchen.

A 24m² micro-apartment with a full kitchen, four-person dining/work table, Muuto loveseat, and a lofted king bed tucked above the living area. A Loft XL with an adjacent extra bedroom and accessible bathroom connected to it — making it the right pick for three people or a couple wanting a separate sleep space. At 46m², this is as spacious as Zoku gets. Gym rings included.

Weekly community dinners on Wednesdays for long-stay guests. First one is on the house. A practical way to meet fellow residents without forcing anything.
