Copenhagen
Scandinavian-minimal, work-life hybrid. Think clean lines, smart modular storage, swappable wall art, and a rooftop greenhouse that functions as the hotel lobby. Not a party spot — this is for people who want to actually live somewhere, not just sleep in it.

Why It Matters
Denmark's first hotel pitched squarely at digital nomads and long-stay professionals. The award-winning Zoku Loft design — developed through 150 user interviews and six prototypes — flips the traditional hotel room by centering the kitchen table, not the bed. Featured in the Michelin Guide and certified B Corp.
Zoku Copenhagen is a certified B Corp aparthotel in Ørestad — Copenhagen's up-and-coming district just south of Islands Brygge — that reinvents what a hotel room can be. All 160 units are Lofts: split-level micro-apartments with a lofted bed that hides away, a full kitchen, and a four-person table at the center of the space instead of the bed. Everything guests need beyond the room lives on the rooftop fifth floor: a restaurant, bar, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, event space, and a greenhouse terrace. The concept works for a one-night trip or a six-month relocation, and the community vibe is real — biweekly community dinners, a daily hygge coffee ritual, and a monthly social events calendar keep the place humming.
