Paris
Design-forward, community-oriented work-life hybrid. The vibe skews toward digital nomads and extended-stay professionals, but leisure guests fit right in. It feels more like a co-living village on a rooftop than a hotel.

Why It Matters
Zoku invented a new hotel category: the home-office hybrid aparthotel. The Lofts center on a large kitchen table rather than a bed, which sounds like a small detail but completely changes how the space feels. The brand was one of the first hotels in the world to earn B Corp certification (2018) and Forbes voted it one of the 25 coolest hotels in the world.
Zoku Paris is an aparthotel in the 17th arrondissement that blurs the line between serviced apartment and hotel. Think 109 private Lofts with full kitchens, lofted beds, and 4-person work tables — topped by an entire rooftop floor of social spaces, a restaurant, a bar, coworking desks, and a gym. The concept, born in Amsterdam in 2016, arrived in Paris in 2023 and sits inside the glass Stream Building directly across from the Tribunal de Paris.
