ADLER Spa Resort BALANCE is the adults-only counterpart to the larger ADLER Dolomiti next door, purpose-built as a medical health resort. Opened in 2008 and solar-powered, it has 29–31 suites finished in untreated larch, stone pine, walnut, oak, and elm — the scent of the wood alone is a selling point. The real draw is the ADLER MED program: an on-site team of doctors runs blood panels, genetic testing, and personalized nutrition plans, so this is less a spa weekend and more a full-on health overhaul set against UNESCO Dolomite views.
