Beach Enclave is not one property but a collection of three gated, beachfront villa communities on Providenciales — North Shore, Long Bay, and Grace Bay — plus an ultra-exclusive fourth tier called The Reserve at Grace Bay. Each location is its own self-contained world: private infinity pools, dedicated British Butler Institute-trained butlers, and private chefs. Villas run from 4,080 to over 15,000 square feet, so this is firmly the territory of multi-generational families, friend groups, and anyone who finds a regular hotel room claustrophobic.

The largest villa in the entire Beach Enclave collection at 15,141 sq ft.
