The entry-level suite — and at 350 sq ft it's the most compact option, but still comes with a plush king or queen bed, premium linens, an elegant bathroom, and a contemporary living/work area. Newly redesigned by Perkins+Will with the same palette of light hues and gold accents as the rest of the property.
King or QueenOne Bedroom Residence
At 650 sq ft, this is where the hotel earns its 'residential' label. Stylishly furnished living room, private balcony, gas fireplace, and an entertainment center with LED flat-panel TV. Feels genuinely like a well-appointed apartment rather than a hotel room.
KingOne Bedroom Signature Residence
The top-tier room category. Same 650 sq ft as the standard One Bedroom Residence but adds a wet bar — useful for hosting or just keeping a proper drink setup at hand. Living room, fireplace, private balcony, and LED TV complete the picture.
KingPremier King Suite with Balcony
A solid step up at 550 sq ft. Separate living space, gas fireplace, private balcony, and a dedicated work area that actually functions — makes this a genuinely good pick for business travelers. Multi-level layout in some units.
