Cristine Bedfor is a 21-room luxury boutique hotel set in a historic building in the center of Mahón — named for a fictional character invented by hotelier Cristina Lonzano, it plays out as a local's vision of what a perfectly hospitable Menorcan home might look like through British eyes. Designer Lorenzo Castillo filled the place with thoughtfully sourced antiques and objects; every corner has a story.
