A 17th-century aristocratic finca on 100+ hectares of Menorcan countryside, Santa Ponsa is the garden-and-palace half of Fontenille Menorca's two-property concept. The red-painted façade, Moorish terraced gardens, ancient stone cistern spa, and 22 rooms spread across the main house and converted outbuildings give it a character that feels genuinely earned rather than designed. Its sister property Torre Vella — clifftop, rawer, wilder — sits just 10 minutes away, and guests can freely access both.

Ideal for honeymooners who won't mind the hike; potentially inconvenient for families or those with mobility issues.

Two versions exist: one on the first floor of the main house with garden views, one on the ground floor with direct garden access. Both are compact but thoughtfully styled with cement tiles, antique objects, and natural materials. Straightforward entry-level option in a property where even the basics feel considered.
