House Holloway
Mid-century California cool. Equal parts creative members' club and art-forward boutique hotel. Phone booths (to enforce the no-smartphone rule), a daily bar trolley rolling by your room at 5pm, and gigs, salsa classes, and paint-and-drink nights keep things feeling alive without trying too hard.
Even without a Soho House membership, you can book a room as a non-member at public rates — and that gets you full club, rooftop, and dining access for your stay
Why It Matters
Michelin Key award winner. First LA Soho House with bookable bedrooms. Every bedroom gets a unique original artwork. The club, rooftop, dining and programming are all technically members-only, but overnight guests get full access for their stay.
Soho House Holloway opened in 2022 as the first Soho House property in LA with overnight rooms. Tucked off the Sunset Strip on quieter Holloway Drive, the 34-room house draws design inspiration from 1960s California — think mint terrazzo floors, dark wood paneling, velvet sofas scavenged from local vintage stores, and an art collection featuring only LA-based artists under 40. Non-members can book rooms and gain full club access for their stay.
