Soho House Holloway opened in 2022 as the first Soho House property in LA with overnight rooms. Tucked off the Sunset Strip on quieter Holloway Drive, the 34-room house draws design inspiration from 1960s California — think mint terrazzo floors, dark wood paneling, velvet sofas scavenged from local vintage stores, and an art collection featuring only LA-based artists under 40. Non-members can book rooms and gain full club access for their stay.

The largest standard room type. Aged wooden floors, a velvet upholstered sofa, and a bathroom with an Empire-style bathtub. Lots of room to spread out. Details throughout reflect the local Southern California landscape and mid-century culture.

Same generous 540 sq ft footprint as Big, with a seating area featuring velvet sofa and armchairs. The bathroom is accessible with a roll-in shower and sliding wooden doors separating it from the main room.

The smallest room on offer, but it does the job. Aged wooden floors, a king bed with boucle upholstered headboard, and mosaic tiled bathrooms nodding to the house's 1960s inspiration. Can be configured as interconnecting rooms.
King · 21 sqmMedium
Noticeably more space. Emperor bed, a seating area to actually sit in, a freestanding bathtub, and burl wood side tables. The geometric patterns throughout are a continued nod to the house's 1960s California references.
Emperor · 37 sqmSmall
A step up from Cosy. A mix of wood and velvet throughout with geometric detailing pulled straight from the 1960s California art scene. Warmer and a bit more breathing room.
King · 26 sqmThe Loft
The only two-bedroom option in the house. A proper suite with a large living area, a fully kitted kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer), a private balcony, and an office area. Art-meets-cocktails social events, part of the regular house programming for members and guests.
Each day between 5pm and 6pm, staff wheel a bar cart to in-room guests offering a complimentary cocktail — either a classic or a custom option. One of the best small perks in the building.
Pitchers of Picantes (tequila, fresno, agave, cilantro, lime) and Eastern Standards (vodka or gin with lime, cucumber, mint) served on the 5th-floor rooftop Monday to Friday, 3pm–6:30pm.
Regular DJ programming, particularly on evenings and weekends.
Weekly live performances across a range of genres throughout the club, atrium, and courtyard terrace.
Salsa dancing classes held within the club as part of the regular programming.

Hague-blue library with phone booths for calls. Laptops permitted here and at select club tables until 6pm daily. Not permitted on rooftop or in Atrium. Laptop stands/risers not allowed.

Multiple private hire options: The Library (40 seated, 80 standing), full ground floor (180 seated, 250 standing), rooftop (60 seated, 150 standing). Suitable for dinners, parties, supper clubs, and brand events.
Complimentary laundry service available to guests during their stay.
Open daily from 12pm to 9pm (or 10pm). Intimate tables and booths amid lush greenery, a garden alcove with climbing plants, daybeds, and lounge seating. Views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA. Redesigned and refreshed in 2024.
Valet available all day for $16 per car; $45 per car overnight. No self-park street option mentioned.
