A 1939 private residence turned 44-room boutique hotel, The Hôtel Lili is Palisociety's first Beverly Hills property and its most character-driven. The design leans into Old Hollywood nostalgia — bronze-lacquered details, burnt-orange velvet, a sweeping staircase, wallpapered ceilings — without any of the high-gloss opulence that defines the neighborhood. It's the anti-Peninsula: smaller, moodier, and more fun.

The Lil' King
The smallest room in the house and not for the claustrophobic — 164 to 171 square feet is genuinely compact. But the studio layout works: a curtain partition separates the sleeping area from the bathroom, giving it a cozy pied-à-terre feel rather than a cramped one. Good for solo travelers who plan to actually be out in Beverly Hills.
