Why It Matters
Hong Kong's original post-modern surrealist boutique hotel, open since 2006. FINDS was one of the first authentic Nordic restaurants in the city. The six fully themed suites — each with its own distinct world, from Hollywood Royale to Arabian Safari to icy Nordic — are a genuine differentiator. Dada Bar + Lounge is a real local nightlife spot, not just a hotel bar.
The Luxe Manor knows exactly what it is — and that's half the point. Opened in 2006 on Kimberley Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, this 14-floor boutique hotel leans hard into surrealism and post-modern theatrics: trompe l'oeil fireplaces, painted-on chandeliers, cartoonish mock antiques, and enough gold paint to give a serious interior designer a stress headache. The inspiration is ostensibly Salvador Dali, though the whole enterprise reads more like a well-executed wink at the ever-escalating absurdities of high-end hotel design. Underneath the spectacle sits a genuinely useful property: 153 guest rooms and 6 fully realized themed suites, two inventive restaurants, and a location that puts you five minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and a short walk from Victoria Harbour.

The most business-friendly of the six themed suites. Described as an 'elegant counterpoint of structure and texture, colour and form' — which translates to: looks great, functions well, slightly less bonkers than its siblings. Good for the business traveler who still wants something memorable.

Deluxe
The largest standard room at 330 sq ft with a twin or king bed. The Deluxe adds a DVD player to the standard amenity mix — a throwback feature that fits the hotel's personality perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out your shopping hauls from nearby Nathan Road.

Liaison Suite
Built for honeymoons and anniversaries. Pastel-toned and deliberately romantic, with lovingly crafted decor pitched at couples who want an experience rather than just a room. Butler service included.
KingMirage Suite
The flagship experience at 520 sq ft. Full surrealism — nothing is quite what it seems, every detail is a playful misdirect. One-bedroom suite with a separate living room, king bed, themed bathroom, and the full butler service package (airport pickup, personal concierge, limousine). The Caffe Milani capsule machine is a nice touch on top.

Nordic Suite
Ice-inspired decor with a luxuriant faux fur spread. The hotel describes it as living life like a 'stylish Eskimo' — which is exactly the level of commitment to a theme you'd expect here. Connects thematically to the FINDS Nordic restaurant downstairs.
KingPremier
A step up at 260 sq ft, double bed only — pitched squarely at couples wanting to share a comfortable Hong Kong weekend without much compromise. Same surrealist-themed aesthetic, marble bathroom, and standard-room amenities. No extra bed allowed.

Royale Suite
A full recreation of Hollywood's golden age — 1940s glamour transported to a Kowloon tower block. Think old-money luxury with exaggerated proportions. The bathroom is notably spacious with lavish fixtures, which apparently is the main event. One of six themed suites, each with butler service.

Safari Suite
The fantasy here is an Arabian desert night — Marco Polo-era Middle Eastern hospitality filtered through a maximalist design lens. Starry-night ambience, rich textures, the works. Butler service included, as with all the themed suites.
KingStudio
At 280 sq ft, the Studio offers post-modern surroundings with a twin or king bed option. Described by the hotel as the room for those who want high-end amenities with some extra breathing room. Same marble bathroom and rain shower as the rest of the standard lineup.

The entry-level room at 240 sq ft, which is actually spacious by Hong Kong standards. White walls with photo-frame wall motifs and patterned carpets. Available in twin or double bed configuration. Marble bathroom with rain shower. Everything you need, nothing excessive.
