Warehouse
Industrial-cool meets Aegean calm. Think warehouse loft energy — high ceilings, disco ball, red neon at night — softened by garden greenery and a genuinely unhurried pace. Art is everywhere. The vibe skews creative, independent, slightly music-obsessed (every suite has a turntable).

Why It Matters
Michelin Key recipient and the only property in The Stay Hotels' portfolio outside Istanbul. The building is a genuine 1980s warehouse with original industrial architecture, and the hotel made sustainability commitments (first carbon-neutral independent hotel group in Turkey) while curating an active cultural program that draws artists, filmmakers, and musicians. Only 24 suites — it fills fast in summer.
A converted 1980s warehouse — formerly a Tuborg beer brewery — turned 24-suite adults-only hotel in Alaçatı. The red-brick industrial shell is real: distinctive roofline, oversized shop windows, original bones. Inside, the space is renovated with recycled wood, bricks, and glass salvaged from centenarian Anatolian village houses. The result is an urban-rustic compound built around a long heated pool, ancient olive trees, and a serious cultural program with live music, theatre performances, film screenings, cooking workshops, and an arts and architecture library. Michelin Key awarded.
