Brooklyn - DUMBO in October

April through June gives you perfect weather without the summer crowds that turn Brooklyn Bridge Park into a zoo. September and October offer similar conditions with bonus fall colors in the trees lining the promenade. Summer brings outdoor concerts and food festivals, but also tour buses and weekend warriors who discovered this neighborhood exists.
