Cyprus in November

Great time to visit

November is one of the best months to visit Cyprus.

All Months

April through June offers the sweet spot. Temperatures hit 70-80°F, perfect for both beaches and hiking. Wildflowers bloom across the mountains. Tourist crowds stay manageable, and accommodation costs less than summer. The sea warms up enough for swimming by May. September through November extends the good weather. The sea stays warm from summer heating. Crowds thin out after August. October often brings the year's best weather - warm days, cool nights, and minimal rain. November can be perfect but also unpredictable. Summer (July-August) means peak season for good reason. Temperatures hit 85-95°F daily. The sea reaches perfect swimming temperature. But crowds pack popular beaches and prices spike. Book accommodation months ahead. The heat can be overwhelming for sightseeing. Winter stays mild but unpredictable. January temperatures range from 50-65°F. Rain falls more frequently but rarely lasts all day. Mountain areas get snow, making them beautiful but harder to access. Many beach restaurants close. Hotel prices drop significantly. December and March work for budget travelers who don't mind cooler weather. You'll have attractions mostly to yourself. Hiking conditions are excellent. But swimming requires serious dedication to cold water. Avoid late August if you hate crowds. This is when European families take their holidays. Beaches become packed, restaurants have long waits, and prices peak.
