Liberia in June
Not the best time
June isn't ideal for Liberia. Consider a different month.
All Months
November through April offers the best weather – dry, sunny, and temperatures in the comfortable 80s. This is peak season for a reason. Roads stay passable, national parks remain accessible, and you can actually enjoy those beautiful beaches.
December and January are perfect. Harmattan winds from the Sahara create hazy but pleasant conditions. Locals celebrate Christmas and New Year with serious enthusiasm – expect street parties and live music.
May through October brings heavy rains. We're talking daily downpours that can dump 10 inches in a day. Some remote areas become completely inaccessible. But if you don't mind getting wet, hotel prices drop significantly and you'll have attractions mostly to yourself. Just pack serious rain gear.
