Medellín in February

Feria de las Flores in early August celebrates the region's flower-growing heritage. Parades, concerts, and flower displays take over the city for a week. It's crowded but magical. Avoid Easter week if you want to save money. Colombians vacation domestically, driving up prices and filling attractions. But the weather remains perfect.
