The Monaco Yacht Show in September draws the biggest boats and biggest egos. Winter months offer mild weather but many restaurants close for renovations. The Monte-Carlo Casino stays busy year-round, though summer brings more casual visitors in shorts — which the dress code doesn't allow after 8 PM.
