December and January offer the best game viewing as animals concentrate around water sources. Temperatures stay comfortable, hovering around 80°F during the day. February can get hot but wildlife viewing remains excellent. March marks the end of the ideal window before rains begin. The dry season also means less malaria risk and better flying conditions for domestic travel.
