Toulouse in September

April through June gives you perfect weather and blooming gardens. Temperatures hover around 20°C, ideal for walking between museums and outdoor café sitting. September and October bring warm days and cool evenings — plus harvest season means fresh everything at markets. Summer gets hot and crowded, especially July when temperatures hit 35°C regularly. But the evening light on those pink buildings is magical. Winter stays mild compared to northern France, around 8-12°C, though it rains frequently. Many outdoor attractions close or reduce hours November through March. Spring brings the most festivals, including the massive Printemps de Septembre arts festival.
