But here's the upside: hotel rates drop by half, restaurants offer summer promotions, and indoor attractions have no lines. Ramadan changes everything, regardless of when it falls. Restaurants close during daylight hours, alcohol service stops, and the pace slows down. But the post-sunset energy is incredible, and many hotels offer special iftar experiences.
