Vinohrady in May

April through June gives you Vinohrady at its most beautiful. The trees along Korunní burst into bloom, Riegrovy sady turns impossibly green, and the outdoor café season begins in earnest. May hits the sweet spot — warm enough for park picnics but not yet crowded with summer tourists. September and October bring a different kind of magic. The leaves turn golden along those tree-lined streets, and there's something poetic about sipping wine in a former vineyard district while autumn settles in. The light gets softer, perfect for those Art Nouveau building details. Summer can get busy as more visitors discover the neighborhood, but it's still nothing like Old Town crowds. Winter works if you're into cozy wine bars and don't mind gray skies, but you'll miss the parks that make Vinohrady special.
