Summer evenings stretch until 9 PM, perfect for rooftop drinks and river walks. But winter has its charm too — the industrial architecture looks dramatic under gray skies, and cozy wine bars provide refuge from the cold. Just know that some outdoor venues close entirely from November to March. Spring arrives late here, usually not until April, so pack layers even in May.
